We are delighted to have rekindled contact with ARU. They have awarded us a project to refurbish part of the 3rd floor of the Marconi Building on the Chelmsford campus. We look forward to working again with Anglia Ruskin University and Neobard Architects.
Penguin Random House is the world’s first truly global trade book publisher. This scheme involves roofing and maintenance work to their bulk store warehouse in Frating, Essex. The building, constructed in 1996, stores books for Penguin and acts as a UK distribution centre. Work commences in May.
As part of our framework with WGC, the Thornton Connectivity scheme continues from a £2m plaza project currently nearing completion, This project will construct a new link between the existing and new campus facilities. Work will commence in June.
